Scam pretending to be Nationwide. I got a suspicious text saying there was a payment of £199.99 to ARGOS and to reply Y if I made it, or call 0330 122 2011 if not. I rang the number from the text, spoke with a guy, checked some details, used my card reader, all that. Next day, the real Nationwide got in touch and told me it was a fraud attempt. They helped me sort everything out properly. The fake text came from this UK mobile: 07585036954. Not sure if that's the scammer directly or if someone’s phone got hacked and their number’s being misused.
