I got a call from London and first they sent me some dodgy messages claiming my phone number was listed on some dating site. Then they told me if I closed the account, they'd take my number off the site. After that, they tried to get me to give bank details for a so-called processing fee. I just ignored the whole thing.

Just like the other poster, I have no idea if this is genuine but I got a text saying my phone number was connected to some personal ad. I didn’t reply as I figured it might be some kind of trap. Haven’t had any more messages after that.
