I had a rather persistent chap from Rank on the line, trying to persuade me to file a claim for some injuries from a minor mishap that happened about six weeks back. To be honest, it was just a few scratches-nothing that could remotely be described as an injury. Yet, he kept insisting that I should claim for "any" sort of injury, regardless. It was quite peculiar, really, as I hadn’t felt any pain or discomfort after the incident. When we questioned him about the dubious nature of his suggestions, he didn’t seem particularly phased by our concerns. In the end, we simply hung up.

Received a call today from someone trying to convince me to file a claim for an injury sustained in a minor accident six weeks back. Even after I clarified that I felt perfectly fine, he seemed rather desperate for me to invent a claim. We pressed him on whether it was a scam, yet he remained unfazed. In the end, we decided to hang up.
