Just got a call from some guy saying he was with Virgin Media, which was odd since I’d ended my service not long ago. He asked if I wanted to continue with the package I had, but he didn’t even know my name or any account details. Bit suspicious, if you ask me.

Had a run in with Virgin Media and a sales guy called Ibrahim Ahmed. He got me signed up to a contract I never agreed to. They said I had two weeks to change my mind, and to ring their call centre if I wanted out. But when I tried to cancel, the call centre just kept hanging up on me. Proper frustrating!

This number keeps ringing me up, always asking for someone called Catherine. Been happening for ages now, and every time I tell them there’s no Catherine here, but they just don’t seem to get it. The voice sounded like they weren’t local too. Honestly, I’m fed up with having to say the same thing over and over!
