I've gotten calls loads of times from these numbers 07583757919 and 01564734624, with someone pretending to be Microsoft, saying my computer was hacked. Over the past three weeks they've rung around 15 times. Every time I told them it was just a scam, they started swearing at me. Now they're threatening to block my computer or something like that. Proper annoying!

Just got a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, sounded like one of those usual scams from India. Definitely dodgy, so watch out!

This number has called me once more! I picked up and some guy with an Asian accent said he was from Microsoft and there was something wrong with my PC. I told him cheers for calling but it's quite funny since I don’t even own a computer. Guess he didn’t catch on, so I made it clear I don’t have one and if he calls my XD line again, I’ll be reporting him to the cops. Then he went and called me a “slag b**ch” before ending the call! Unbelievable!

Got a call from some bloke claiming he was with Microsoft, going on about my computer being hacked. This was the second time I’d had that call today. I told him I actually use a Mac and threatened to report him to the cops. Then he started calling me names, about six times calling me a b##ch and told me to f##k off. I told him that was pretty unprofessional and I knew it was a scam. Then he went off saying someone was gonna shoot me - managed to get that part on record!

I’ve tried ringing back a few times, but this number doesn’t seem to be valid! Every time I call, some foreign individual picks up and starts asking about a computer. Quite odd!

So this number called me four times yesterday and then again this morning. When I finally picked up, I decided to speak in Welsh to him, but weirdly, he didn’t get what I was saying. I just ended up hanging up. Definitely seems like a scam to me!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft, said there was an issue with my PC. I told them I don’t even own a computer or a house. Then they asked why I picked up, so I told them I was in a mental hospital as a patient. They hung up straight away after that.

This number just called me with a pretty typical scam routine. The bloke on the other end had a foreign accent and claimed my PC was infected with a virus. He said if I let him log in remotely, "Microsoft" could sort it out. He mentioned he was calling from Reading. When I asked for his phone number so I could call back and check who he really was, he warned that if I didn’t follow his instructions straight away, my computer would shut down. I told him to email or text me some proof of who he was and what company he worked for, and then he just hung up.

On the 26th of October, 2018 around half one in the afternoon, I got a call with silence on the other end when I answered. After a few seconds, a man speaking with an Indian accent claimed he was “Edward from Microsoft” and said he wanted to fix an issue with my computer. I just ended the call straight away.

Twice now, my landline has rung with nothing but quiet on the other end, then they hang up. I don’t get how they manage to find my number in the first place. Usually, I tell them it’s really rude to call and then not say a word, right before they cut off.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from "Microsoft," said there was an issue with my computer. Let the guy keep talking but didn’t say anything back. Eventually, he just ended the call. Thought about mentioning how odd it was since my computer’s actually in the boot of my car, just returned from a thorough clean because of a nasty virus. Could be a coincidence, but I’ve been getting some nasty emails saying my computer’s been hacked and demanding bitcoin. They went straight to my junk folder, but since one of my passwords was mentioned, I had my system checked out.

every day i get calls from asian voices, usually three times a day, and it always starts right after we ring someone first. they must be tracking when we call someone. sometimes the calls are in english, with voices telling me to press a specific key, obviously scams. in the last three weeks, ive had at least forty of these calls nonstop.
