About an hour after the so-called call, my phone company popped up a notification about a missed call from this number, which I never actually noticed ringing. Curiosity got the better of me, so I rang back. The voice recording was mostly nonsense about who they supposedly were, but they were clearly asking for my personal info. Needless to say, I've put the number on my block list.
