I got a call from this number saying I’d been in a crash and there was cash waiting for me. Next thing they asked how old I was and then weirdly said they wanted to marry me. I won’t even say what I told them, but it’s definitely a scam. Proper fed up with all these dodgy calls!

Got a call from some bloke, said his name was Harry (yeah right), telling me I was owed 3200 quid from a PPI claim. Could hear another fella in the background doing the same routine with someone else. Then he reckons I’d see confirmation from my bank within three days that the cash was in. Asked me for my bank info, can you believe that? I told him to jog on, absolute scammer. Blocked him straight away.

This number rang me at 7.40 on a Saturday morning, which is pretty annoying and probably not legal! I attempted to ring them back but couldn't get through at all.

This number won’t stop ringing me, even after I blocked it. It’s really starting to bug me now.

From a consumer point of view, they only wanted half a minute of my time. I gave them that 30 seconds but purposely got all the answers wrong. After that, I told the guy my time was up. He then claimed the call would hang up on its own after 30 seconds?! At that point, I just dropped the line. They ended up ringing me back like 6 more times, but I didn’t bother answering.

They kept trying to get me to confirm my elderly mum's name. I asked who they were, but they just repeated their question. Eventually, I had enough and ended the call. When are these scoundrels going to stop pestering the vulnerable?

Got a call from someone with an overseas accent who knew my name and said they only needed a minute. I just hung up and added the number to my block list.

Got a phone call telling me there’s like 3250 people supposed to be sent over to me, but apparently the government’s gonna snatch 40% of it in taxes. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Today I got a really annoying call from a bloke with an indian accent trying to push a laptop on me. When I told him I wasn’t interested, he started getting rude and was proper abusive. I get loads of calls like this, it’s so frustrating.

I kept getting loads of calls from them claiming to be from consumer lifestyle, such a hassle! In the end, I just had to block the number.

Got a call from someone saying they were with Lifetime Choice, sounded like the typical overseas accent. They tried to snag "just 30 seconds" of my time to ask some marketing stuff. I said no thanks quite nicely and then blocked the number.
