It appears to be a financial services company trying to figure out when they can market their products to you. I'm quite concerned, as being listed in their database could lead to an incessant stream of calls from various finance firms. Unfortunately, there's little you can do to prevent this annoying situation, as they tend to share your number around. Fingers crossed there’s a way to block unwanted numbers on your mobile phone!

If you or anyone reaches out to OFCOM regarding these contacts, there’s a possibility that they could face hefty fines or even be put out of business entirely.
