Got a call about a crash I wasn’t involved in. When I got a bit irritated and asked where they got my phone from (I’ve got it blocked to avoid spam calls) they claimed some official accident reporting agency gave it to them. I said, “Right, then you should be able to tell me my car’s reg number, yeah?” and then they just ended the call.

I told her to stop calling and remove me from any contact lists. She kept pushing, like "can you just confirm if it's true?" I just said again, "remove me from your list and don’t phone me anymore." She said alright and I ended the call. Have now blocked the number but who knows if that stops anything. How do these lot even get our numbers and why don’t they find proper work instead?
