1 yearGot a call at around 1:20pm on 17th Jan 2025. After a bit of a pause, a lady introduced herself as Janey from BT, saying she wanted to talk about my internet. I just said “Hmm.” Then she asked if I was the only one using the internet at home. I replied, “No.” And then she just hung up. She never mentioned the account holder’s name (which is my husband’s).
