Got a message from "Nationwide" saying I needed to verify a new payee called M HASSAN that was apparently added yesterday. I was proper worried at first, thinking someone was trying to hack into our account. After a moment, I thought I better check the number before logging into my online banking, just in case they were spying on my device. I did try clicking the link but it just timed out luckily. Hopefully this warning helps others. Cheers, Sue

They said they were from Nationwide but it wasn’t legit. They wanted me to click a link. I’ve now told Nationwide about it.

This number is a scam, definitely dont respond to texts, calls or any links they send you. Better to just ignore.
