Got a weird voicemail on my landline from a number that seemed like a mobile. The automated voice warned about some unauthorised charges on "my card", but didn’t say which card or who it was from. Sounds like a total scam to me. They've rang me a few times over the last few months using different stories but always the same spiel. My two cents? Don’t pick up if you see the number pop up. If you accidentally do, just hang up straight away. And if you’re really concerned, just ring your bank or card company yourself instead of trusting that message.

Got a call from some automated voice claiming to be Visa, telling me about a payment they needed me to verify and to hit 1 if it was me. I just ended the call straight away.
