On a Sunday, I got a call from a couple of blokes claiming to be from a roofing firm. They wanted a crazy amount just to clean out the gutters. It felt a bit dodgy, especially since they couldn’t show a business card and insisted on saving their number directly into my personal phone. Definitely didn’t sit right with me.

My mother-in-law got a call from some "roofing firm" out of nowhere, offering to clear her gutters for £1000! Luckily, our neighbours were a bit sceptical about the whole thing and tipped us off before anything happened. Really dodgy behaviour, if you ask me.
