i got a call from someone saying i'd requested a loan. i told them i hadn’t but they insisted i had and accused me of lying, then just cut me off.

This number rang me a couple of times. When I asked what it was about, the person said they wanted to chat about my loan. I told them I don’t have any loans and I’m not interested in taking one out. Then they just went on saying I was being rude. Honestly, calling about loans right before Christmas is pretty cheeky in my opinion.

In just a few hours, I got hit with like 7 calls. Usually it's just silence, but this time someone picked up. When I said they kept ringing me, the guy snapped at me to shut up and called me a liar. Then he told me to f### off. I fired back a bit of cheek, and he kinda quietened down after that. Luckily, they’ve left me alone since then.

So this bloke rang me earlier today, said his name was Richard and claimed he was from Just Loans. It’s only 1pm and that’s the seventh time I've had a call from them already. Honestly, it’s getting really annoying - I’m thinking about reaching out to my network provider to sort this out because it’s just too much.

Got a call from some woman with an Indian accent claimin I’d applied for a loan. She actually said my first name which freaked me out. Got a call from a woman who sounded Indian, and there was this annoying crackle like an old record in the background. She asked for my wife, using just her first name. When I said I was her husband, she just hung up on me. So now I’m wondering if my missus is secretly seeing someone far away, or if it was just one of those dodgy call centre scams trying to sell something.

If this number rings you, it’s best not to say anything back. The person on the other end is really unpleasant. I’d recommend just blocking it straight away. I’ve already handed it over to the cops and my phone company so hopefully something gets done.

Today I got a phone call from 07576975194. A man with what sounded like an Indian or Asian accent was on the line. He was quite abrupt and claimed that I’d applied for a loan and was searching for one. When I told him I hadn’t applied or was interested, he didn’t take it well. I asked where he’d found my new number, and then he suddenly ended the call. Oddly, he asked for me by my maiden name, which I stopped using back in September and have never linked to this phone number anyway.

Someone with what sounded like an Indian accent rang me on this number claiming I’d taken out a loan, which I definitely hadn’t. When I said I wasn’t interested and wouldn’t give my name, he started getting really aggressive. Then for over a minute, he just kept shouting a bunch of awful swear words, which honestly was shocking. My little boy was nearby and heard it all on speaker - he was really upset. I’m usually not bothered by swearing, but this was way over the line and totally unacceptable. I’ve reported the incident to the police.
