Got a call from 07575493906 with a recorded message saying it was HMRC about some fraud on my account, telling me to press 1 to talk to someone. Curiosity got the better of me, so I pressed 1. It rang through to a woman who spoke in really dodgy English claiming she was from HMRC. I told her straight up that she was lying and asked how she thought she’d pull that off. Her response? She told me to shove off!
