Someone phoned me saying they were inspecting my insulation quality, and even went on about it needing a "re-certification". They said it was all part of the "Warm Homes" scheme, but that's total nonsense - that programme is shut right now and was just meant to give discounts to folks on benefits for their electric bills. Felt like a total scam to me.

Got a call on my elderly mum’s phone from someone saying they needed her address and postcode to send a certificate for loft insulation. Problem is, she hasn't had any loft work done lately. She ended up giving them the info, but they just cut the call straight after, which definitely seems dodgy and made me worry it’s a scam 😕
