Got a text from 07572484510 saying 'your PayPal account was just accessed from a new device'. After seeing what others have said, it's clear this is definitely a scam.

Got a text saying I’ve got a refund coming because I apparently paid too much on my car. Bit odd, wasn’t expecting that at all.

Got a dodgy message claiming it was from Paypal saying a new device accessed my account. Didn't bother clicking on any links.

Got a text claiming to be from Paypal saying a new device logged into my account and to click a link if it wasn’t me. When I logged into Paypal on my laptop, everything looked normal and no alerts or messages showed up. Pretty sure it’s one of those “smishing” scams. Tried ringing Paypal to be sure but couldn’t get through at all!

Got a message from 07572484510 pretending to be Paypal. It said there was a login from a strange device and then asked me for my account details. Definitely a phishing scam, so watch out!

Got a message saying there was weird stuff happening on my PayPal and to check it out on a website. I just went on the actual PayPal page and there was nothing going on. Definitely a scam, don’t click those links!
