Got a text saying HSBC tried to take a payment from a new device on 20/04 at 3.40pm. It told me to check my account at some hs-verify-online-payees[###]/login link if I wasn’t responsible. I don’t even have an HSBC account so this is defo a dodgy scam. Watch out folks, these scammers are everywhere!
