Got a call from someone saying he was "Michael" from the American Express Fraud Department. He tried to get me to share a One Time Passcode they'd sent me, claiming it was so he could stop fraud or something dodgy like that. Normally these kind of crooks hide their number, but this bloke slipped up and didn’t bother with any ID hiding. Proper sketchy and unprofessional if you ask me. Best thing to do is steer clear and report straight to Action Fraud.
