I reckon that scammer's got nothing to do with EE, they clearly don’t know the proper procedures or how the company runs at all. EE must be lost if this is the kind of people out there pretending for them.

Got a message saying my EE bill couldn't be paid and if I don't update my payment info at https://myee-directdebit.com?e=3 they'll cut off the service. Honestly, looks like a total scam trying to steal bank details. Be careful!
