Just got a text from a number pretending to be NATWEST saying, "A direct debit to BLACKHORSE CAR FINANCE for £765.37 was arranged today. Contact us immediately if this wasn't you: 020 8133 5144." Totally fake, I don’t even have an account with NatWest! Lol.

Got a message saying: Hi mum, my phone is busted and I’m on a mate’s phone atm. Could u drop my new number on WhatsApp when u see this? xx 07568794523. I ended up texting instead of WhatsApp, hope I haven’t caused any problems.

SCAM ALERT Got a message saying "hi mum my phone's busted, using a mate's, text me back on this number 07568794523" I'm quite old and find it odd getting a text from one number telling me to reply to a different one, haha. Classic scam, beware!
