This text seems pretty dodgy to me. There’s no .gov in the actual message, and the reply address has a -gov which is a dead giveaway. Always have a good look at the reply address - if it’s got a dash instead of a dot, it’s almost certainly a scam. Best to just ignore and never reply to texts or emails like this!
