I got the same message others have mentioned saying something like "EE: We couldn't process your recent bill. To prevent any extra charges, please update your billing details here...". I looked into my account and all my payments have gone through fine with no issues, so this has got to be a scam trying to phish info. Just went straight in the bin!

Someone pretending to be from EE called saying they couldn't deal with my latest bill. They told me to update my payment details through a link to dodge any extra charges. Not falling for that one.
