Received a couple of calls from BT’s SMS service today. They claimed that a text had been dispatched to our landline. Naturally, I opted to hear the message, but lo and behold, the automated voice told me it was undeliverable! Apparently, it might have been in some Indian lingo, or perhaps it was just blank, or even a picture message. It’s quite baffling-why inform us of a message if you can’t actually deliver it? Just doesn’t make much sense, does it? Quite the head-scratcher!

Received a couple of calls from BT's SMS service, claiming that this number had texted our landline. I opted to listen to the message, only to find out from a robotic voice that it was undeliverable. Apparently, it was either in an Indian dialect, entirely empty, or a picture message. It's utterly baffling why they would bother calling us to say they can't deliver the message in the first place. Honestly, what a kerfuffle!
