Just like others have said, this number pretended to be O2 and wanted me to give them my billing details. Wouldn’t trust it one bit!

Got a text from this number asking me to update my billing details for 02. The weird thing is, I stopped using 02 around 7 or 8 years ago. Someone else mentioned a similar link like [#]02[###],re1205[###/202=2 which looks fishy. Im pretty sure it's just another phishing scam trying to trick real 02 users. Best to block this number if possible.

Got a text claiming to be from O2 about not being able to handle my recent bill. I had a look and it's already sorted. The message included a dodgy link (something like #]02{###],ref205[###"202=2). It seemed proper at first glance, but I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. Definitely a fake message - best to ignore and not reply.
