Got a call from this number, and as soon as we answered, they hung up. When we tried to call back, the chap pretended he was on another call and claimed there was building work making it difficult for him to hear us. Ended up being charged £1.50 for a callback that lasted barely a minute!

A nuisance call came through, and as soon as I answered, they hung up almost immediately. I tried ringing back, and the chap on the other end acted as if he was tied up on another call with some construction racket happening in the background, claiming he couldn't hear me at all. To make matters worse, I was hit with a £1.50 charge for that brief moment on the line! What a rip-off!
