Got a call from an Indian guy saying my computer was full of viruses and I had to fix it by logging in, but it would cost me. He asked for my bank and card info too. I let him go on for a bit, then told him I wasn’t near a computer, and suddenly he got really rude, started swearing, and hung up on me! What annoys me most is that it wasn’t even my phone he dialled - I was working as a carer at an elderly client’s place, she’s 91. These scam folks really don’t care who they rip off, it’s just awful.
