I received a rather unwelcome call from a claims agency using this number. It was in relation to an accident, despite my previous request for them to cease contacting me. A rather rude gentleman on the other end queried why I was so unwilling to pursue a claim for injuries, completely disregarding the fact that I had already informed another representative that I was not hurt. It's quite frustrating, really!
