Got a text saying it's from NatWest about a new payee called K Adams being added to my mobile banking app, along with a link to cancel it. The weird thing is, I've never had a NatWest account or used their banking app at all. I’ve reported it to NatWest through their feedback form online, but I’m not sure if they’ll actually do anything about it.
