Had a lady on the phone claiming to be from Microsoft. She started going on about some computer issue I supposedly had. I told her I don't even own a computer and just ended the call straight away.

Some bloke called himself Derek Lee from BT Internet security or something like that, though I’m not quite sure what he said exactly. His English was really bad, like he struggled to explain anything properly. I kept asking him to say things again because I couldn’t understand, and then I told him BT wouldn’t hire someone who talks that rubbish. After that, he just cut me off!
