Like others have said, the bloke spoke with an Asian accent and said he was ringing about some debts I supposedly owed. I told him I didn’t have any loans or debts, then he just disconnected. Best to block this number - total scam!

Totally a scam. The whole script was all over the place and made no sense. I asked them to send me the info they’ve got on me under the Data Protection rules, and they just dropped the call. Such a pointless bother.

Tried calling but the line was dead. Rang back and got a message saying 'cancelled'. Best to just block and stay clear.

They said they were from some debt company and that I owed money, but when I told them I didn’t, they just ended the call.

Someone called pretending to be from Citizens Advice about loan repayments. When I asked how he got my number, he just said 'nowhere' and then cut me off. Had a strong south Asian accent and loads of noise in the background. Felt like he was just reading from a script.

These callers seem to be from Pakistan and quite dodgy, trying to scam you out of your info. They use numbers ending in 55, 66, 56, or 65. Best to just block them straight away.
