I’m absolutely fed up with these incessant calls, it’s driving me up the wall! My account balance is a mere £180, yet you'd think I owe them a fortune the way they hound me. I get bombarded with calls up to five times a day! It’s gotten so bad that I’ve started ignoring my phone altogether if it’s an unknown number, just in case it’s them. Honestly, if I listed all the numbers I’ve received calls from, I’m certain Vanquis should be in hot water for sheer harassment - that's exactly what it feels like!!

After a good three months of this, I found great enjoyment in ringing them back (this time unblocked, mind you, so I could actually communicate with one of these imbeciles-if your number’s hidden, it just goes straight to voicemail!) to let them know what I’d been up to and inform them I’d be changing my number. The chap I spoke to wasn’t absolutely thrilled, but I’m not losing sleep over their petty antics!
