Without a doubt, it’s just spam.

Someone rang me claiming to be from O2, told me I’d receive a couple of messages and just to reply to those, and if any other calls come through, just ignore them. It was quite odd, and their voice sounded like they might have had an Indian or Pakistani accent.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from the tax office, saying I was under investigation for tax fraud. Sounded a bit dodgy to me, so I didn’t give them any info and just hung up. Feels like a classic scam to me!
