Had a call from someone called Mealena asking if I wanted a restyle. They kept making odd remarks, like asking for pictures of me before we even set a date. They kept saying stuff like "stay safe," which felt a bit off. I never gave them my address, instead decided to look up the number. Pretty obvious scam, so I told them not to call again. Definitely blocked the number!

Kept texting over and over with all sorts of names, just trying to book a hair appointment. Ended up sending a full address and kept saying 'stay safe' like it was some kinda catchphrase. Proper weird, honestly.

Totally dodgy! I work as a mobile hairdresser and this woman, “Jodie”, gave me an address that didn’t seem real, saying her “sister” wanted to snap pics of me while I was doing her hair. Right from the start, it felt off.

So I got a message from someone saying they wanted to book a haircut with me since I'm a mobile hairdresser. The person said her name was Justine, and we kept texting on and off for about a month. When I finally went to the address she gave me, I couldn't find number 167 anywhere. Actually, the highest house number on that street was 163, so there was no way to find where she was meant to be!

I work as a mobile hairdresser and got a message from someone called Jade asking if I could do three pixie cuts for their daughter (or child, no idea really). At first, it sounded legit but a bit too cheerful, you know the type. So I decided to check the number online and found loads of similar complaints. I've now saved it in my phone as 'weirdo' and just ignored any further messages from it, hoping they'll give up soon. Honestly, some folks have way too much time on their hands. Also, the number shows up as being from the Manchester area.

Something strange happened to me like what others have said. Two calls came in on the same day from different numbers, both asking for a Pixi cut - one pretending to be someone called Carmella and the other, a mate named Jessica Lawrence. It felt a bit off. Then, I got a message saying they’d seen my photos and thought I was attractive, but they mentioned the other girl’s name from the other number by mistake. I ended up blocking and reporting them. Hope this creepy person gets caught soon. Fingers crossed. x

So, I’m a travelling hairdresser and got a message from someone asking me to do her two teen daughters’ hair. Something felt off when she asked me to send a pic of myself! Didn’t send it, instead I looked up the number and guess what - I found loads of similar reports!

Somebody called themselves Alexis and asked me for a pic of me. They even sent a link saying “this is what my hair looks like now” or something like that. Pretty creepy if you ask me. Sorted it out by blocking them!

Got a text from someone called Dawn James asking if a mobile hairdresser could come over to Chepstow to trim my two daughters' hair. It's not the first message I've received from them. The initial text asked if I was okay with being filmed during the appointment, which struck me as odd, so I decided to check the number online. A few days on, they messaged again, asking if I was excited about being filmed. Definitely a bit strange!

This number messaged me asking if I was a mobile hairdresser, using the names Natasha Harding and Dawn. First time, they asked for a shaved head, then the next time it was a pixie cut. They also wanted a photo of me before I went over, which felt a bit off, so I sent them details of a made-up hairdresser nearby. Today, they got in touch again pretending to be Dawn, and I asked them if they weren't supposed to be Natasha Harding. Not sure if you should keep or block this number - if it feels dodgy, it usually is.

Back in 2017, someone reached out to me under the name Koulla Pellele, asking if I could shave my two daughters' heads. They also asked if I wore full makeup and if they'd be allowed to film it. I told them to look elsewhere. Then, in July 2019, the same person came back, this time using the name Karen. Luckily, I still had the old messages saved, so I recognised them and again declined to do their hair.

So, I got a call about shaving my head for some charity for glamour models, but just like what others have said, it seemed really fishy. They told me their name was Dawn John, but it didn’t feel right at all. Definitely dodgy and not legit in my opinion.

Somebody named Lyndsay McKenzie got in touch with me, but the address she gave was fake. She was sneaky though, just changed one digit in the house number, so my map app showed a real place. I ended up phoning 101 and the police took all my info. Really unfortunate that there’s folks out there trying to pull this kind of thing.

Somebody called p#### claiming they needed their head shaved for charity and even wanted to film it and get a DVD of the event. I've been involved with that charity loads and they absolutely never allow videos like that. The only reason a DVD was brought up was to sneakily check what you'd be dressed in. Seriously, watch out for this p####!

Got a really strange one here, someone pretending to be Denise Murphy, booking appointments to shave the heads of her 17-year-old twin girls. When I asked for a picture, there was no answer at all. Might have some connection to a bloke named Andy England, who also goes by Gail or even Sam Fox. Definitely seems off.

I told them straight up to sort themselves out and get some help cause it’s clear there’s something not right going on. Don’t fall for it!

Somebody rang me claiming to be Denise Welch and asked for a hair makeover. I was suspicious since the address they gave didn't exist, so I nixed the booking just a few minutes before it was meant to happen. Earlier, I'd got a dodgy call from 07938930238 about doing a sponsored shave of my head, and both callers sounded strikingly alike. Definitely a fishy situation.

So my mum got a message from this number asking for some hairdressing from someone named Kuella Newman. When she showed up, there was a different person at the house. Then, as she was getting back into her car, a white van passed by, and the bloke inside kept staring at her. He even pulled up beside her for a bit. After that, she just left. Just a heads up to be careful out there.

I got calls from Koulla Pallelle and some other scammer named Sam Fox. There was also a Suzzanne Shaw involved, but definitely not the actual celebrities - just another dodgy scam trying to pull me in.
