A guy called me from this number a few days back. Claimed he was from the NHS and asked if I had life insurance. I told him that having life insurance or not isn’t really the NHS’ business. He went on about how the NHS was really keen that everyone in the UK get life insurance, but I cut him off pretty quick, especially since he was disturbing my chill stroll to the pub with my missus. I've blocked the number now.

Got a call from someone saying they were from the NHS asking about symptoms for covid. I was pretty sure the NHS wouldn’t just ring me like that, so I asked them to tell me exactly which part of the NHS they were working for. Right after that, they just ended the call straight away.

I got a call from a bloke with a really thick accent claiming he was from NHS track and trace. He started asking if anyone at my place was sick with Covid and whether I’d downloaded the app. Then he went on to verify my postcode and address. I told him straight up that I wasn’t comfortable giving out personal details to someone who just rang out of nowhere. He kept insisting he was from track and trace, but I told him anyone could say that on the phone. After that, he just hung up as he must’ve realised I wasn’t buying it.

Got a call from 07553760348 pretending to be from the NHS, started off asking about covid but then suddenly switched to talking about insurance. Proper fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with the NHS, asking about COVID - like if I'd caught it, if I’d had my vaccine, and how I was feeling. Suddenly, they changed tack and started talking about life insurance. I ended the call straight away. For sure, it was a scam, not the NHS at all.

Got a call around 6.33pm from someone claiming to be with the NHS asking about Covid. They knew my name, though they spelled it wrong so I had to correct them, and my postcode, but one letter was off - I pointed it out too. Then they asked if I needed any government support and if I had health insurance, which felt a bit suspicious. I just told them I was alright and they quickly hung up.

They said something about needing my NHS number and asked if I’d had the COVID jab. I just ended the call and they never got back to me, so I guess it wasn’t that urgent...

This call was totally shady, no way it was legit. Not sure if it’s a scam or just harassment. Some bloke claimed he was a credit investigator. Out of curiosity, I asked what the call was about, but I didn’t catch what he said, so I asked him to repeat himself. That’s when he lost it, started calling me names and hung up on me. I was gobsmacked! Definitely blocking and reporting this number. Feels like they’re fishing our details from somewhere, which is scary since I live on my own and they knew loads about me. This needs to be put to a stop.

I got a call from a guy with a strong Indian accent claiming to be from the NHS about the COVID jab. Right off the bat, when he asked how I was, it sounded dodgy. He knew my email and home address which was kinda creepy. He then asked if I’d had COVID or the first vaccine, before mentioning he could see I was on some life insurance plan and asked what company I used. Since I don’t have any life insurance, I just ended the call - it definitely came across as a scam to me.

On 5th May 2021 around 10:05, I got a call from 07553 760348. The call was pretty brief, but the person on the line, who said he was Mike from Debt Survey, surprisingly knew my full name - which is rare since usually they get it wrong. He mentioned my credit check showed some unsecured debts. I said "oh really?" and there was a pause before I asked what he wanted. Then out of nowhere he shouted "F###ing idiot!" and hung up on me. I think this number has rung me before but only as missed calls. I'm certain it was a scam attempt; the name calling was quite nasty and totally uncalled for.
