On Tuesday 5th May 2026 around 9:17am, I noticed a missed call from this number while I was busy with other things. I replied with a message saying hello, letting them know I'd missed their call, but got no response back. Later, I sent another message asking who had called and what the call was about, but still no reply. This feels frustrating, especially since I had already made a formal complaint about Ellie. Initially, I was promised a food parcel but then that offer was withdrawn because the charity's info doesn’t mention delivering to homes.

I got a call from Ellie who kept pushing me to accept a food parcel delivered to my place. She kept saying she was checking with her manager, but I don’t think she was being honest about that. When I asked why I had to come pick up the food parcel instead, she just wouldn’t say. On top of that, she pressured me to give even more info about myself, even though I’d already filled out the form properly. Honestly, she was just being really forceful and rude.
