I've come across this phone number before, and it’s been flagged as a scam. It was mentioned in a letter purportedly from the Health Lottery UK, insisting that I had winning numbers and an alleged prize amounting to £300,000. The individual, who goes by Dr. Bradley Collins, claims to be the Foreign Service Manager at Ashmore Investment Ltd.

Totally a scam! Just avoid it at all costs!
