We looked into this number through BT as it showed up as a BT line, but the call was coming from a Vodafone phone. Pretty sure it’s a scam, no doubt about it.

If it was really BT, why on earth would they call from a Vodafone number? Definitely seemed fishy to me, so I ended the call pretty quickly. Sounds like a scam to me.
