Some bloke from BT internet phoned me up saying, “Hello sir, this is BT internet about your connection, it’s gonna be cut off.” I just told him, nice and calm, to jog on!

He talked like some dodgy bloke from the worst parts of India, only good at scams. I really hope we track him down soon and make sure he never rings anyone again, no chance! This sort preys on old folks and those who can’t protect themselves, and honestly, he’s a real menace that needs to be stopped for good.

Got a call from an Indian bloke saying we was approved for a £1000 loan. Same guy’s called before pretending to be from CAB and was really rude, using awful language. Best just hang up or don’t pick up at all. They switch numbers a lot too, so if you want, tell them to call back in an hour and definitely google the number before trusting anything.

This guy rang me earlier today, asked for me by my name so obviously got my info from somewhere. Said he was with the FBI, was all nice at first but then went proper rude fast. Started calling me a f###### b##ch and shouted at me to get off his call. I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

About 5 minutes ago I got a call from a guy with an Indian accent saying he was from a credit union. I told him if it was really a credit union they wouldn’t be calling a mobile. He insisted it wasn’t a mobile number but I told him my phone clearly shows it is. I told him not to bother calling me again.

Got a call from an Indian bloke called Gareth claiming he was from some credit investigation team. I told him to take my number off their list but he said it’s impossible. I mentioned I’d think about reporting them for harassment since they keep ringing me from different numbers, but he just said I couldn’t do anything about it.

Could hear some Indian accent call centre noises in the background, the guy knew my name and claimed he was from Citizens Advice about my debts. I told him I didn’t owe anything and he just hung up. I tried calling the number back, total scammer!

He said he was calling from Citizen Advice and asked if I owed any money. When I said no, he suddenly sounded different. I asked what the call was about but he wouldn’t say. Then he said he was coming to my house and I should make him a coffee, before hanging up. I’m fed up with these spam calls. Honestly, I wish they did come round.

someone said they were from citizens advice, saying because of brexit everyone in the UK is gonna get £1000. tried to explain i was busy with my toddler but they just hung up. they kept calling like 7 times in 2 minutes so i had to block the number.
