I received a rather dodgy call from a fellow claiming to be “Dylan Charles,” who purported to be a doctor from Finland residing in the UK. It was quite laughable, really, as he completely misjudged the time difference, which clued me in that something wasn’t quite right. He went to great lengths to weave an intricate tale, even using some Instagram snaps to try and sell his ruse. Before I knew it, he was pestering me on WhatsApp, bombarding me with some rather intrusive questions. I decided to cut him off on there, and shortly thereafter, I started getting calls from Sri Lanka! It’s astonishing how shameless some people can be.

Today, I got a message from this number claiming to be stationed in Yemen, which struck me as rather odd. I've gone ahead and reported it on WhatsApp.
