Probably a Spoofed number, definitely a Scam - I've had calls with an identical script before.

Heads up! Got a call from someone pretending to be from my bank's fraud team, warning me about some dodgy transactions. It was an automated message saying stuff like: "Hello, this is Visa security. We've noticed two suspicious charges on your account today, one for £99 at Amazon and another for £700..." Sounded fishy. The number showed up as normal, but I reckon it was spoofed. Definitely a scam - I've had the same script come through a while back. Stay cautious!
