Got a call from someone pretending to be Halifax saying I needed to verify a deposit made by a Mr C Jones. I quickly logged into my Halifax account and realised I've not been with them for over two decades, they’re a complete scam. Another rubbish effort to steal personal info. Honestly, these scammers should have their fingers chopped off so they can’t type on a keyboard ever again.
