I got a call from someone pretending to be from a bank, trying to trick me into giving them money for a made-up account. It was obviously a total scam.

Got a text claiming to be from Santander UK, giving me a one-time password for a payment of £703.99 to World Remit. The message said if I hadn't made the transaction, I should ring their customer service on 01233280044. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
