I got a message saying "mum, text me back ASAP, this is my new number. My old phone won’t turn on." None of my kids sent it though - looks like a scam to me!

It’s ridiculous how these fraudsters seem to be having a blast. When I called them out for targeting elderly and vulnerable folks, they got all high and mighty. One of them bragged, “While you lot working your average jobs are stuck with a plain meal, we’ll be kicking back on a Miami beach, drinking cocktails and munching on fancy Lobster Thermidor soon enough.” They openly admitted to cashing in big time during this cost of living mess, raking in millions while the rest of us struggle to get by. Absolutely infuriating. 🤬

I got a call from someone claiming I had to pay for a staycation, and they wanted my bank info - definitely sounds like a scam to me.
