I got a missed call on my landline from 07548835110, which thankfully I didn’t pick up. The last call info from 1471 showed this number. Then moments later, a blocked 0330 number popped up on my mobile, but it didn’t actually ring since I’d stopped their calls weeks ago. They claim to be from O2 loyalty but honestly, I know O2 well and they never make outbound loyalty calls; only direct sales do that. Despite all this, the 0330 keep trying repeatedly - proper annoying! It’s quite suspicious that some unknown mobile number rings my landline and right after that, the 0330 blocked number tries my mobile again instantly. Pathetic scammers really. When the 0330 first called, I answered and they kept pushing me to confirm my identity. I kept asking who they were and what they wanted, and eventually they said “O2 Loyalty.” I laughed and told them no way because loyalty doesn’t do these calls, then hung up and blocked them. They've kept trying even though blocked, and now today they try this mobile number then the 0330 again immediately - bit desperate, aren’t they? Doesn’t add up to anything genuine, feels like a right scam. They’re too quick to try both numbers in succession like that, makes it obvious they’re fishing for info or money. Honestly, get a real job you muppets. This scam is half-arsed because you lot are way too impatient. Heads up to anyone with those codes - O2 loyalty doesn’t ring customers out of the blue, only sales folks. I know this because I used to work for them and even had training on spotting scams and phishing. They messed with the wrong person here. Wish I could track them down, but I’m better than stooping to their level. They’ll get their comeuppance eventually, no doubt about it.
