This number seems to be linked to TESCO MOBILE. When I called, I got an automated reply saying "No one is available to take your call, please leave a message." Oddly enough, I later received a voicemail on my phone via email from a man named Luis Alberto. He said he had a large sum of US Dollars to give me, claiming I was the only relative of someone who passed away back in 2010. He said he was the Senior Managing Director at Rainvest Capital Finance in the USA. Definitely a scam - best just to steer clear of it completely.
