Absolutely, we received the very same message. Oddly enough, it seems unrelated to that recent O2 scam involving five million pounds. When you reply with YES and hit send, it appears they slap a tenner onto your phone bill! Quite dodgy, isn't it?

Indeed, we received the very same message. It has us pondering whether it might have something to do with the recently exposed 1.5 million O2 scam. Just a quick query - if one types 'YES' and sends it back, does that incur an additional £10 on their phone bill? Quite perplexing, isn’t it?

Absolutely, I've just received the same message around half an hour ago. I'm already on the TPS list as well.

Subject: Shake Off Those Debts! Just wanted to say, get your application sorted today and take the first steps to rid yourself of those pesky debts through the new government Settlement Order from April 2010. If you're keen to learn more, just say YES! We’ve been on the receiving end of their texts and gave them a shout to stop bothering us. But now? We're all for sending them on a right wild goose chase! Let’s keep this interesting!

Just received a dodgy text saying: "Clear your debts! Apply today to take advantage of a new government settlement initiative from April 2010. Reply YES to learn more." Definitely feels like spam, and it seems pretty shady (not to mention illegal, since we’re registered with the telephone preference service!). I’m curious if anyone else has encountered similar messages from this number.

I received the same message around half an hour back. I've signed up with the TPS, so it's evident that it doesn’t function flawlessly (nothing’s perfect, after all).

I've just received one as well. What a nuisance these spam messages are! I'm overseas at the moment, so I'm secretly hoping it drains their wallet a bit more to send these pesky texts!

Absolutely, 07546758177 is ringing a bell for me too. Just the typical bottom feeders, taking potshots at random numbers. They could literally be lurking anywhere across the globe. The next time one of these callers gets through, I’ll tell them to take a hike. At least their grammar and spelling seem on point, which is a bit amusing!

Just received the same message roughly half a minute back. I'm on the TPS list, so it’s clear that it doesn’t completely eliminate these calls. Nothing can be flawless, I suppose!
