Matched with someone on Tinder and did a FaceTime call, but the bloke in the video wasn’t the same lad from the pictures. Seemed a bit sketchy, dodging all my questions and only interested in getting naked pics and some filthy chat. Claimed he was from Chester, but felt off.

I got chatting to someone on the Hinge app, goes by Alex but I reckon they were using a photo of the actor Josh Kloss or someone who looks like him. We swapped numbers, his WhatsApp is +44 7546 747477, somewhere in Manchester. He spoke with an Irish accent, told me he’s a chemical engineer originally from Belfast, studied at Manchester Uni and now lives in Didsbury, Manchester.

This number belongs to a scammer. I came across them on Tinder, they used pictures of some well-known American guy called Josh Kloss but claimed their name was 'Alex'. When I called them out on it, they just denied everything despite it being obvious they weren't telling the truth about who they really were. Afterwards, they blocked me, which just proves they had something to cover up and were definitely pretending to be someone else.
