I played along for a bit until I got bored and ended the call. Pretty clear it’s a dodgy scheme. What bugs me is I almost get curious about how the whole con works. One trick I like doing is when they ask for me by name, I say “Hold on, I’ll get him,” then just leave the phone nearby and walk off.
