Got a call on 24th June at about 10.26 in the morning. It was some automated voice saying there had been suspicious activity linked to my National Insurance number around the Welsh borders. It warned me I'd face legal trouble unless I got in touch with an investigator straight away. Then it listed some choices to press to be connected. I ended the call there and blocked the number immediately.

Was sent a text saying there was an issue with my PayPal account and that I had to click a link to update my info. Obviously just a scam, so I’ve gone and deleted the message. Just a heads up to anyone else - watch out for stuff like this!

I got a call from a recorded message claiming to be from HMRC.

Got a call from 07546525582, this robotic voice saying “you’re under a warrant from hmrc, press 1 to contact the police”. Didn’t hang up straight away, but when it started i hung up quick. I looked up the number using 1471, almost dialled it back but decided not to take the risk.
